Upstream commit 3cc550f5bbcf ("perf tools: Remove dependency on libaudit")
removed the install of trace/strace/groups/* from perf's Makefile.perf.
All architectures now have HAVE_SYSCALL_TABLE_SUPPORT so libaudit and
the strace groups files are no longer installed by make perf_install.
Upstream commit 9c70b779ad91 ("cpupower: add a systemd service to run
cpupower") and e5174365c132 ("cpupower: do not install files to
/etc/default/") introduced cpupower-service.conf, which is now installed
to /etc/ by make cpupower_install in 6.18.
